certificate of the child.

- Forms with complete and correct information only will be accepted.
- The Management shall call the parents for a direct interaction before admitting a student
- Filling up the application form does not necessarily guarantee admission.
- Applied candidates will get a call from the office.
- The Management does not encourage any telephonic call admission.
- During the admission process the parent has to provide original documents along with the admission form
- The following documents are needed to be uploaded :
- 1. A copy of Municipal/ Panchayat Birth certificate
- 2. Proof of change of name if any (Complete copy of the gazette)
- 3. Recent photograph of the child
- 4. Copy of Aadhar card of the child and valid photo ID proof of parent
- 5. Residential Proof (electricity bill/ house registration/ telephone bill)
- 6. B2 size photo of both the Parents along with the child
